Updates to forms and guidelines, :
IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR TEAMS Are you PVG compliant
All participants under 18 years of age by the prior to the Festival. are affected especially when at rehersals
The legislation concerning working with people under the age of 18 has changed.
Clubs must should read SCDA’s guidelines with reference to “Protection of Vulnerable Groups” (PVG) and agree to abide by them.

All teams with a person or persons UNDER 18 OR who is included in those adults covered by a PVG requirement in there cast or technical crew at a festival should submit to the festival CPO or festival secretary where no CPO is appointed CPO template
Please note only the newest forms should be used and any old copies discarded to prevent confusion the link below takes you to the SCDA national website where copies of all relevant forms and the SCDA marking scheme can be obtained from the link below

Technical meeting
Clubs should ensure by the time of the technical meeting they have
- Arranged permissions, and rites for their performances (performance licence /permission if self written a letter from the writer is needed)
- Accurate Set plans, (Please include dimensions l,w,h. & weight for scenery )
- A props list
- Copies of any licences (firearms etc.)
- Basic Lighting plot, please advise of any flashing lighting
- Sound effects plot, note copyright may apply to music and sound effects
