All teams should now be preparing to submitted the relevant paperwork
you should also sort your permissions to perform and relevant licensees and scripts etc.

PLEASE NOTE:- Your technical team meeting is via ZOOM the team asks that you have the following available
Technical meeting
- Arranged permissions, and rites for their performances (proof is requiered)
- Accurate Set plans, (Please include dimensions l,w,h. & weight for scenery )
- A props list
- Copies of any regulated licenses (firearms etc.)
- Basic Lighting plot, please advise of any flashing lighting
- Sound effects plot, note copyrite may apply to music and sound effects
