All teams should now have submitted the relevent papaerwork
PLEASE NOTE:- Your technical team meeting is via ZOOM the team asks that you have the following avalible
Technical meeting
- Arranged permissions, and rites for their performances
- Accurate Set plans, (Please include dimensions l,w,h. & weight for scenery )
- A props list
- Copies of any licences (firearms etc.)
- Basic Lighting plot, please advise of any flashing lighting
- Sound effects plot, note copyrite may apply to music and sound effects
